Who can apply?

• Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative.
• Aged between 18 and 29
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must reside close to the workplace area
• Must not have a criminal record.
• Must be able to start employment on 1 May 2025.
• Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
• Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage

How much will you earn?

R5000 stipend monthly

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate person or office within the organization.
• Answer and forward phone calls.
• Ensure that the reception area is organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
• Offer accurate information in person or via phone/email to visitors and callers.
• Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and control access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
• Order front office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Assist with travel arrangements.
• Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
• Handle tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
